Returns and 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee We have great confidence in our products and therefore offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a return within 60 days of the date you received your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@tryglowie.co.uk. Returns must be approved by us before the product is sent back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. Depending on the circumstances, opened products may also be covered by our satisfaction guarantee.

A receipt or other proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Products Please check your order upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the matter.

EU Right of Withdrawal If your order is delivered within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU distance selling regulations.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will notify you by email as to whether the refund has been approved.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Please note that banks and card issuers may require additional time to complete the refund.

Exchanges We replace products that are defective or damaged. The quickest way to receive a new product is to return the item and then place a new order once the return has been approved.

Gifts If the product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift card to the value of the returned item once the return has been received.

If the product was not marked as a gift, the amount will be refunded to the original purchaser.

Return Postage To return your product, please contact us at info@tryglowie.co.uk and we will provide you with instructions.

The customer is normally responsible for return postage. Postage costs are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the return postage may be deducted from the refund amount.

If the return is due to the consumer, the consumer is responsible for return postage. The specific postage cost is based on the courier of your choice.

If the return is due to an error on our part, and the items you received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to cover return postage.

If you are returning an item with a value exceeding £75, we recommend using tracked postage or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive returned items.
