SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Glowie (ECOM ISLAND LIMITED) strives to be transparent, clear and straightforward – without stress and without hidden terms. Our subscription is flexible and entirely under your control. You can cancel, pause, skip or change your subscription at any time. It is managed easily via your personal login link sent to your email. If you need assistance, our customer support is always available to answer questions and help you with changes.
Glowie ("ECOM ISLAND LIMITED", "we", "us" or "our") offers a subscription programme for Glowie products. When you choose to subscribe to a Glowie product (collectively referred to as "Product" or "Products"), the following terms apply.
SUBSCRIPTION ACCOUNT
To participate in the subscription programme you must have an account, a valid email address and a valid credit and/or debit card.
ORDERING A SUBSCRIPTION
When you place a subscription order, ECOM ISLAND LIMITED will automatically create and send the same order on the same date each month.
SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT
The credit or debit card used for your first subscription order will be charged on an ongoing basis until you cancel your subscription or update your payment details. Subsequent orders are charged on the day the order is created and sent to the warehouse for processing.
If your payment is declined for a subscription order, the order will not be processed. You will be notified that the payment failed and will need to update your payment details. Once the details have been corrected, your subscription order will be processed.
To update your payment details you can log in to your account and make changes under "My Account".
Only payment by credit or debit card is accepted for subscription orders. Gift cards, store credits, cheques or other payment methods are not accepted.
Products in the subscription programme are based on current prices. This means that prices may change and are not fixed.
SUBSCRIPTION NOTIFICATIONS
A confirmation email is sent once each subscription order has been processed and dispatched. Once a subscription order is scheduled, no further reminders are sent before the next delivery is processed.
SUBSCRIPTION DELIVERY INTERVAL
The first subscription period is approximately 30 days, and the same order is sent on the same date each month as your first order.
If this date falls on a Sunday or bank holiday, the order will be processed on the next working day. If the date does not exist in a particular month (for example the 31st), the order will be processed on the next working day.
PAUSING A SUBSCRIPTION
If you have more products than you need, you can pause your subscription for 1 to 8 weeks by logging in to your account, going to "My Account" and selecting "Delay Delivery".
You may also contact us by email at info@tryglowie.co.uk and provide your name, subscription number and which products you wish to pause and for how long.
Once the pause period is over, the subscription resumes automatically.
Please note that delayed deliveries affect the billing date. When the pause period ends, the subscription renews and is charged monthly from the new date, unless further changes are made.
CANCELLATION AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If a renewal order has already been processed, the cancellation takes effect once that order has been fulfilled.
You can cancel your subscription by:
• Logging in to your account, going to "My Account" and selecting "Cancel" for the relevant subscription. • Contacting us by email at info@tryglowie.co.uk. Please provide your name, subscription number and which products you wish to cancel. Please note that response times may exceed 48 hours.
EU Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your first subscription order within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
CHANGES TO PRODUCT FORMULATIONS
ECOM ISLAND LIMITED continuously works to develop and improve its products and may therefore occasionally update a product's formulation.
In such cases, the subscription continues as normal, but the product may be replaced with an updated version. You will not receive a separate notification before the next subscription order is processed and dispatched.
The updated product will continue to be delivered within the subscription until you choose to remove the product from your subscription.
