Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after you have received your order confirmation by email. You will receive a new notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times We offer free shipping on all orders, including subscription orders within the EU. For deliveries within Europe, the estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.

Updating Delivery Details If you need to update or correct your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tryglowie.co.uk. We will do our best to assist with any changes, however once an order has been processed or dispatched it may be difficult to make adjustments.

Uncollected or Incorrectly Addressed Parcels If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was not collected, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the parcel.
